The Insight Pharmaceutical Metal Detector is designed for use with pharmaceutical products in the form of tablets and capsules. It is compatible with tablet press and de-duster processes. It supports a maximum grinding speed of up to 30,000 tablets per minute. It can grasp small metals. The Direct Digital Signal (DDS) vector display screen provides a graphical display of the operation of the metal detector. The application is easy to use and is precisely designed in accordance with GMP standards. The structure and equipment support IP66/NEMA 4X with IQ, OQ, and PQ certification.
